I bought my first real-time Bob Dylan cd. Not something from the past, but his new cd Modern Times. He is probably sitting somewhere now, thinking and smoking with a hat. It's so strange then that when people listen to his music, a lot of it came from the 60s, and they are imagining the 60s him, the young acerbic him (still acerbic). The cd so far sounds like a mix between country, and champagne floating exciting jazz, and a slow gentle live performance, with his voice drowning somewhere in the smooth music, like grating lemon with pepper floating in a sea of bubbly drink. It sounds new and nice. And you can listen to him a hundred times.

This week passed so fast it seems like 4 years could pass real fast. Just trying to keep up with projects and readings and sleep and writing in my diary before sleeping the days whiz past. Went to the airport twice in 2 weeks. It's such a happy and sad place. Everytime I go there I get this feeling deep in my bones. Someday I'll be off on the first of adventures. Someday airports will be a place I go to often, and will still be as magical as everytime I go there.
