Oh, NO! It's TOMORROW!!!!!!! And for the 5 hours and all of yesterday I've thought that today is October 9. Pooh!!!!! Tomorrow on Gold 90 fm, they will, from 9am, have this hourly thing where they talk about the meaning behind a beatles song, then play it!! I just read this long article at a crazy john lennon site, by a man who was there on the day john lennon was killed. he drove past the dakota (where john lennon and yoko ono stayed for years) and saw a man lurking in the darkness, and that man was actually mark david chapman, the man who killed john lennon (then sat down and read the catcher in the rye), and this driver (who is an absolute john lennon fanatic who cried and sang outside his house for 9 hours after he got shot there) said that he hesitated a few times, thinking whether to turn back and find out if the man was really a bad guy. he went back and forth a few times, and eventually he didn't do anything about the suspicious guy who turned out to be the killer. and he says i'm sorry john. THIS IS CRAZY!!!!!!!! if it is true, then it's crazy!! this person who practically worships john lennon (he petitioned for john lennon day) could have prevented him from getting killed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mark david chapman had earlier got john lennon to sign a copy of his cd. when john lennon and yoko ono returned to their apartment, and yoko passed mark david chapman, he smiled and said 'hello', then when her back was to him he took out his revolver and stood with his legs open in a sort of pose and said 'mr. lennon' and fired 2 shots at john lennon which punctured his lung and something else and then john lennon turned around and he fired about 3 or 4 more, which severed his aorta and windpipe and he fell to the floor vomitting blood and died in the hospital. (suddenly i realise how ironic it is that i know so much about john lennon's death but very little about my grandfather's.)
