I'll be as happy as a sandboy

Good day! I am going for a haircut soon. I LOVE haircuts. They are one of those rare times I feel completely happy and at peace, especially when lying down and having someone wash my hair and massage my head. I am very, very tempted and dream about cutting my hair to the short spikey thing again because I know it will make me very, very happy and it feels absolutely short and good. After reading write-ups at everything2.com, written by, I suppose, people around the world, about how this man dyed his hair sapphire blue because he is short and has brown hair and tends to blend in, so this way people at work will remember him, it is a good conversation-starter and his girlfriend says the blue brings out his hazel green eyes. also, this woman gave an amazingly long article on hair-dying and how the colour choosing is very very important. if you want a colour very much lighter than your original you will have to bleach it first and you will sure as hell look horrible with bleached hair. and this woman who dyed her hair all the colours of the rainbow in the past few years or so. she had cookie monster blue and went to her office where her boss liked it and the president of her company liked it because it faded to the colour of the company logo. also this woman who says the colour she must have is blue, because she loves anime and just because. very cranky. and this other woman who has an odd obsession with red hair. she was born with flaming red hair and was teased about it a lot and had a lesbian partner who had vermillion hair. All those stories were just amazing. after reading i could not stand not having much colour and painted my nails green. I will persist with my hair so that I can have a shaggy mop for my dramatic sequence that will look authentically hippy and dirty and messy. ciao bella.
